Sonin Electronic Measuring Device

We currently use tape measures such as steel tapes and roller tapes to measure crime scenes. Alternatives to these are the Sonin 60 Pro, Sonin Laser Targeting Range Finder or the Sonin Combo Pro. Sonin Electronic Distance Measuring Tools send out narrow beams of sound waves that "bounce" off solid objects back to the hand-held receiver. Custom electronics and a microprocessor then convert elapsed time into a distance measurement and display it on the LCD. (When used with its electronic target, the Combo PRO model uses both sound waves and an infrared beam.) The Laser Targeting Range Finder adds a visible laser to assist the user in locating their target area.
